Role Description

This is a full time on-site internship role for an ISO Consultant at 4C Consulting's office in Ahmedabad. The ISO Consultant-Intern will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO management systems.

Responsibilities include conducting process assessments, preparing documentation, supporting client training sessions,



implementing quality improvement tools, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The intern will gain exposure to hands-on consultancy and audit processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications
Understanding of ISO standards, management systems, and auditing processes
Familiarity with quality improvement tools such as LEAN, TQM, FMEA, and Six Sigma
Robust research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to create and maintain thorough documentation and reports
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Quality, Engineering, or equivalent field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace
Prior experience or certifications in ISO or quality management (preferred)
