Key Responsibilities:
Handle Subcontracting of MEP Packages as per project specifications and timelines.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs before floating enquiries.
Float RFQs to approved vendors and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Finalize vendors and issue Work orders as per company policies.
Coordinate with MEP design and execution teams for technical clarifications.
Ensure timely delivery of Services to site as per project schedule.
Develop and maintain a solid vendor database for MEP items.
Resolve material-related site issues in coordination with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with project quality standards and statutory requirements.

Materials &
Systems Exposure Required:

Mechanical:
HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Ducting)
Firefighting systems (Pumps, Hydrants, Sprinklers)
Plumbing materials and pumps

Electrical:
Transformers, HT/LT Panels
Cables, Cable trays
Switchgear, Lighting systems
DG sets

Plumbing:
Pipes (GI, HDPE, CPVC)
Sanitary fixtures
STP/WTP systems

Required Qualifications:




Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering.
510 years of experience in MEP procurement for residential projects.
Experience in EPC or real estate projects preferred.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of MEP BOQs and specifications.
Knowledge of vendor evaluation and rate analysis.
Valuable negotiation and contract management skills.
Basic understanding of IS/IEC/NFPA/ASHRAE standards.
