Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Network to lead and manage the organization's network infrastructure across 100+ branches in India. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching, Cisco, Check Point, and Fortinet technologies, along with proven experience in team management and large-scale network operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across 100+ India branches.
Lead a team of network engineers and ensure smooth network operations.
Handle Routing & Switching, network security, firewalls, VPNs, WAN/LAN connectivity, and network performance management.
Drive incident resolution, troubleshooting, capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and security compliance.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure high network availability and operational excellence.

Mandatory Requirements
12+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure & Operations.
Solid hands-on experience in Routing & Switching, Cisco, Check Point, and Fortinet technologies.
Experience managing network operations for 100+ branches across India.
Proven team handling and leadership experience.
Preferred background from Banking, Insurance, NBFC, or Financial Services organizations.
Candidates with predominantly global network management experience are not preferred.

Educational Qualification
Full time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
