About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Management Consultant to collaborate with SMEs and MSMEs to enhance business operations, streamline internal systems, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational workflows, sales activities, financial data, and core business processes.
Identify operational gaps and suggest effective business improvement strategies.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and structured systems.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and performance tracking sessions.
Prepare and present reports, presentations,



and actionable recommendations for business owners.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Social Work, or a related field.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with contemporary digital/AI productivity tools.
Access to a laptop and reliable personal transport for day-to-day work.
Willingness to travel across client locations within Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
