Requirements
Education: Engineering Degree
Experience: 20+ years in auto component sales, business development, and customer management.
Strong understanding of Cold Extrusion and Sintered Component applications in 2W, 4W, CV, Off-road, and EV sectors.
Knowledge of component engineering, drawings, tolerances, PPAP, and value engineering.
Ability to engage in technical-commercial discussions with customer engineering and sourcing teams.
Robust understanding of the domestic & export auto component market, competitor mapping, cost drivers, and pricing strategies.
Experience with RFQs, price negotiations, cost break-ups, and long-term business contracts.
Capability to handle geographically dispersed marketing teams.
