Key Areas of Responsibilities
Monitoring and taking care of the monthly budget for Operations team and sending for approval to higher management
Monitoring Inventory for Pune Ops team
Keeping a track of Operation team Headcount
Scheduling interviews for Operations team need to coordinate with all consultancy’s, management, and HR team
Coordinating with Admin team for day-to-day work for Eg desk movement, team roster etc.
Conducting R&R; for Operations Team
Conducting charity events
Coordinating for employees/visitor’s official travel and taking care of visitor’s calendar when they are in Pune
Coordinating with HR for having training/session for Operations team
Assisting Head of Middle Office & Head of Pune Operations in daily work and setting up meeting invites and booking rooms
Assist other teams, as required, to meet organizational objectives and enhance overall business operations

Requirements




Graduate with 5 – 8 years of work experience as Associate, Business Management / Business Manager / Executive Assistant
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must-have.
Valuable understanding of constitutional documents and corporate structures is required
Working knowledge of Billing processes & Accounts Payable is essential
Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
Attention to detail and process oriented
Investigative skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Valuable prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
