Sipnudge Technologies Private
Jalna
Company Description
Sipnudge Technologies Private Limited builds smart hydration products — a stainless steel bottle with onboard sensors, custom electronics, and a companion mobile app. We design the hardware, the circuit boards and the firmware in-house, and we're currently moving from prototypes into our first production batch.
Our team is small and hands-on. Engineering, operations and production sit in the same room, which means a technician here sees the whole product, not one station. We invest in training, keep a safe and organised lab, and promote from within as we scale.
Role Description
Lab & Assembly Technician — full-time, in office in Jalna, Maharashtra.
You will run our prototype lab. On a typical day you'll solder electronic assemblies by hand, build bottles and cap sub-assemblies from mechanical drawings, operate our 3D printers, and finish printed parts so they fit and function in real devices. You'll also keep the lab itself in working order — tools, consumables, equipment and bench discipline.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Hand soldering: through-hole and SMD components, wiring harnesses, prototype rework
- Mechanical assembly from drawings and SOPs — bottles, caps, battery packs, PCB mounting
- 3D printing: slicing, print setup, material changes, monitoring print quality
- Post-processing printed parts: support removal,
sanding, drilling, tapping, fitting to tolerance
- Visual inspection and basic quality checks; documenting defects clearly
- Lab upkeep: component and tool organisation, consumable stock, equipment maintenance, safety
- Building and maintaining simple test jigs and fixtures
- Reporting progress and problems directly to the engineering team
Qualifications
Required:
- ITI, Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical
- Demonstrable hand soldering skill on small components — this is the skill we weigh most heavily
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, calipers, files and drills
- Able to read mechanical drawings and follow a written procedure exactly
- Organised by habit — a disorganised lab costs us weeks
- Marathi or Hindi fluent; enough English to read datasheets and SOPs
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jalna
Preferred:
- 1–3 years in electronics, medical device or automotive assembly
- FDM 3D printing experience (Cura, PrusaSlicer; PLA/PETG/ABS)
- ESD handling awareness
- Basic multimeter, bench power supply or oscilloscope use
Compensation: ₹25,000 per month Send your CV to
[email protected] or message me here.
