: Artist Acquisition & Manager (Commission-Based)

Compensation: Fully Commission-Based (30% of NET revenue from Artist)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated Artist Acquisition & Manager to actively scout, sign, and manage high-potential talent. In this role, you will be responsible for building your own roster of artists and driving their commercial success. Because this position is fully commission-based , your earning potential is directly tied to the revenue, bookings, and brand deals you secure for your talent, offering unlimited upside for a high-performing go-getter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Scouting & Acquisition: Actively identify, pitch, and sign new, high-potential artists, creators, or musicians to the agency.
- Revenue Generation: Source, negotiate, and close commercial opportunities, including live bookings, brand sponsorships, merchandising, and sync licensing.
- Roster Management: Oversee the daily operations, scheduling,



and strategic career growth of your signed talent.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft and close lucrative deals for your artists while securing the agency's and your own financial interests.
- Industry Networking: Build and maintain deep relationships with brands, promoters, labels, and media outlets to constantly create opportunities for your roster.

Qualifications:

- Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in talent scouting, entertainment sales, or artist management with a history of closing deals.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and driven by a commission-only, performance-based compensation model.
- Robust Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively pitch talent and close complex commercial agreements.
- Existing Network: A ready-to-use network of industry contacts, brands, or booking agents is highly preferred.
