Role Description As an Electronics Supply Chain Associate at Source Asia, you will support day-to-day procurement and inventory operations for electronic components and materials. This full time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.

You will monitor inventory levels using digital tools, help maintain accurate stock records, and assist with demand forecasting to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.



The role includes resolving supplier and customer inquiries, preparing basic reports on inventory and supply chain performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, warehousing, and quality. You will also help implement process improvements aligned with Source Asia’s intelligent manufacturing platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management to track stock levels, manage electronic components, and support accurate record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supply Chain Management to coordinate logistics, ensure material availability, and support production planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement to assist with sourcing, negotiating basic terms, and managing purchase orders for electronics materials.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Beneficial skills include familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems, Excel or data analysis tools, and basic knowledge of electronics components.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment is expected.
