Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage after-sales service operations for consumer electronics and appliances, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Oversee the maintenance of refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other home appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement in service operations.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in after-sales service or a related field .
- Robust knowledge of consumer electronics, appliances, and their maintenance requirements.
- Proven track record in managing complex issues related to refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc.
