What You’ll Handle:

- Drive sales and business growth across the assigned area.
- Generate new leads through field visits and market activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities within the territory.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of Field Sales experience
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates from any sales industry can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field work and target-based sales.
- Dhanbad/local market experience will be an advantage.

CTC: 3.15 LPA Fixed + Incentive + Other Benefit
