### Job Overview

Real Dreams Enterprises Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop business, generate leads, and build strong relationships with customers in the steel and construction industry.

### Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities.

Visit steel dealers, distributors, retailers, and construction material suppliers.

Develop relationships with builders, contractors, construction companies, and project owners.

Promote and sell steel products, including TMT bars (Sariya) and other construction materials.

Identify potential customers and generate current sales leads.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.





Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field sales.

Candidates with experience in the steel, TMT bars, construction materials, building materials, or infrastructure sectors will be preferred.

Experience dealing with builders, contractors, steel dealers, or construction companies is desirable.

Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Ability to travel locally and conduct regular field visits in Daltonganj and nearby areas.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a field sales role.

### Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and skills.
