Role & responsibilities

- Own the full sales target of the assigned zone (46 districts)

- Distributor appointment, health review, and secondary sales tracking

- Implement schemes, pricing, and collection discipline

- Recruit and train DSEs/ASEs with HR support

- Manage visibility drive and product push (especially Plumbing / Column)

- Conduct regular retail audits, influencer feedback

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Plumbing/Building Material as TSI or ASE
- Relocation flexibility preferred
- Should have experience in assigned Territory with market connect and relation with key influencers.
