Kansas Laboratories is looking for a energetic, target-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our team and drive business growth across West Bengal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Plan and monitor doctor and chemist coverage
- Conduct regular joint field work with MRs
- Coach and develop team performance
- Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists and distributors
- Monitor territory sales, stock and market activities
- Implement company marketing and promotional strategies
- Submit regular sales and performance reports
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Experience as an ASM / Senior MR preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the West Bengal pharmaceutical market
- Target-oriented with willingness to travel
- Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team
