We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong experience in Publication / Book Selling, preferably in the Pre-Primary or Primary education segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business growth across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions and distributors.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage territory targets, sales planning and revenue achievement.
- Handle distributor/channel relationships and ensure effective market coverage.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in Publishing / Publication / Book Selling.
- Experience in Pre-Primary / Primary school segment preferred.
- Strong local market knowledge and school network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to the assigned location preferred.
