Area Sales Manager
(Multiple Locations Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kerala/Delhi/Rajasthan/Madhya Pradesh/Uttar Pradesh/Punjab/West Bengal)Role & responsibilities :
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across assigned COCO/FOFO stores.
Monitor and improve key retail KPIs including UPT, ASP, Conversion %, ATV, and Productivity.
Ensure productive store operations, compliance, and superior customer experience.
Analyze P&L; statements and drive profitability through cost optimization and EBITDA improvement.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams to enhance performance and engagement.
Control inventory health, minimize shrinkage, and ensure stock accuracy across stores.
Review business performance through regular MIS, audits, and action planning.
Execute VM standards, promotions, and brand initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
