About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, strengthen distribution networks, and expand market presence across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in FMCG Sales, Distributor Management, Channel Development, and Market Expansion, along with excellent knowledge of the Delhi NCR market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with Distributors, Super Stockists & C&F; Agents
- Drive Primary & Secondary Sales and consistently achieve assigned targets
- Identify, appoint, and develop recent distributors and channel partners
- Expand market coverage and develop new markets within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market execution
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Ensure product availability and effective distribution across the territory
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and schemes
- Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS and sales reports
- Follow up on collections, outstanding payments, and distributor-related issues
- Train, guide,



and support the sales team to improve market productivity
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies and promotional activities

Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in FMCG Sales
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Agency / Distributor Management
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and channel sales
- Established knowledge of the Delhi NCR / Greater Noida market
- Strong distributor and retail network is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Strong on-ground market exposure and execution capabilities
