Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team at Himanshu Signature Real Estate (HSRE).
This is a client-facing sales role where you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, speaking with prospective buyers, following up with leads, arranging site visits and supporting the team in converting enquiries into successful transactions.
You will get exposure to multiple real estate projects, channel partnerships, investors and end-users, giving you an opportunity to learn the complete real estate sales process.
What You Will Do
- Handle inbound enquiries and assigned leads
- Make outbound calls and connect with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements, budget and investment objectives
- Explain relevant properties and project offerings
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and WhatsApp
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM
- Track follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Build relationships with potential buyers and investors
- Work closely with the team to convert qualified leads into bookings
- Participate in client meetings and property visits when required
What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn,
confident in communication and genuinely interested in sales.
You should have
- Solid communication skills
- Good Hindi and conversational English
- Confidence while speaking with new people
- Willingness to make outbound calls
- A positive and persistent attitude
- Good follow-up discipline
- Basic knowledge of Excel and/or CRM tools
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- A target-oriented mindset
Real estate experience is NOT mandatory. Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
