Type: Full-time, field role with daily travel

We are looking for an Area Operations Manager who will travel daily across our outlets in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR, solve problems on the spot, and make sure every outlet runs to the same standard.

Key responsibilities

- Outlet visits: Visit every outlet regularly, including surprise visits, and resolve issues on the spot.
- SOPs and hygiene: Ensure all outlets follow SOPs and maintain hygiene and FSSAI standards.
- Food quality: Check taste, portion, presentation and raw material quality at every outlet.
- Outlet managers: Guide, review and hold outlet managers accountable.
- Staff management: Ensure staff punctuality, attendance and discipline; resolve any problems staff face.
- Waste control: Track and reduce wastage at every outlet.
- BK challan ordering:



Ensure accurate, timely BK challans and stock control; no over-ordering or stock-outs.
- Customer satisfaction: Improve customer experience and ratings on Google, Zomato and Swiggy; ensure negative reviews are addressed.
- Reporting: Share daily visit reports and a weekly report on all outlets.

Requirements
- 5–8 years in cafe / QSR / restaurant operations, including multi-outlet experience.
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable Hindi and English; comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel and POS.
- Must own a two-wheeler or car with a valid driving licence; willing to travel daily across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.

What we offer
- Salary: ₹35,000 per month, plus travel allowance.
- 4 weekly offs a month.
