About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple GIVA retail stores, drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a consistent customer experience across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and business performance across multiple stores.
- Drive regional sales targets, revenue growth, and store-level KPIs.
- Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards across stores.
- Monitor inventory, stock audits, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Analyse sales reports and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with central teams to support store operations and business initiatives.

Requirements

- Experience in multi-store retail operations, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
- Solid expertise in sales management, team leadership, and operational execution.
- Ability to analyse business performance and drive corrective actions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, and willingness to travel across assigned stores.
