Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Gold Loan NBFCs.

- Achieve Gold Loan business targets including disbursement, portfolio growth, renewals and profitability across the assigned branches.
- Monitor branch performance through regular reviews of business, outstanding portfolio, collections, overdue and other key KPIs.
- Guide and motivate Branch Managers and teams in customer acquisition, sales, business development and portfolio expansion.
- Ensure NPA and overdue control through regular follow-up, recovery planning and timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Gold Loan policies and RBI guidelines, including KYC, LTV, gold valuation, documentation, sanction and disbursement procedures.
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits,



identify operational gaps and ensure proper maintenance of gold security, vault and other controls.
- Coordinate with Head Office departments such as Operations, Credit, Audit, Recovery, HR and Finance for smooth branch functioning and issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit branch-wise performance reports and action plans to the Regional/Business Head and support current business initiatives and branch expansion.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
