Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Drawings

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

- Develop floor plans, site layouts, building plans, and area statements for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare detailed drawings for villas, apartments, commercial buildings, and township developments.

- CAD Drafting and Design

- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.

- Convert conceptual designs and sketches into detailed technical drawings.

- Maintain drawing accuracy, dimensions, scales, annotations, and layer standards.

- Working Drawings and Documentation

- Prepare construction drawings, door-window schedules, staircase details, toilet layouts, and other architectural details.

- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and documentation.

- Incorporate comments from architects, structural consultants, and project teams.

- Coordination with Consultants

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape,



and other consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies.

- Ensure architectural drawings are aligned with structural and services drawings.

- Assist site teams in resolving drawing-related technical queries.

- Statutory and Approval Drawings

- Assist in preparing drawings for building plan approvals and statutory submissions.

- Incorporate revisions as per applicable building bye-laws, development control regulations, and project requirements.

- Support the preparation of drawings for local authority approvals.

- Site and Project Support

- Coordinate with site engineers and execution teams for drawing clarifications.

- Update drawings based on approved site changes and revisions.

- Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
