We are looking for an experienced Architecture Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings and documentation for residential, commercial, institutional and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings based on architectural concepts and design intent.
- Prepare construction details, door/window schedules, toilet details, staircase details and other architectural details.
- Develop drawings in CAD as per project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Incorporate revisions based on client, consultant and site requirements.
- Assist architects in preparing presentation and tender drawings.
- Review drawings for dimensional accuracy and coordination before issue.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams wherever required.
- Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in CAD.
- Good understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Good understanding of working drawings and site coordination.
- Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with experience in consultancy / contracting / architectural offices preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
