We are looking for experienced Architects and Senior Architects with strong project experience across hospitality, group housing, and luxury residential projects .

The role will involve design development, project planning, coordination, documentation, quality control, and execution support while working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

- Architect / Junior–Mid Level: 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Senior Architect: 7–12 years of relevant experience

Key Project Experience – Mandatory Candidates should have relevant hands-on project experience in one or more of the following:
- Hospitality projects
- Group Housing projects
- Luxury Residential projects

Candidates with robust experience specifically in these project categories should be prioritized. Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Design Management
- Lead and contribute to the design and planning of architectural projects.
- Work on large-scale hospitality, group housing, and luxury residential projects .
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and manage project schedules and design milestones.
- Ensure design documents are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

1. Team Leadership & Coordination

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and other professionals.
- Assign and manage tasks according to project requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members where applicable.
- For Senior Architect positions, take ownership of project-level coordination and team management.

1. Design Implementation & Quality Assurance

- Ensure design intent is effectively translated into construction.




- Review architectural drawings and design documentation for accuracy, completeness, and scope compliance.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts and execution-related issues.
- Maintain high standards of design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with architectural, engineering, and environmental standards.
- Conduct site visits/inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design revisions, meeting minutes, reports, and related project records.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and design progress.
- Track project updates, budget-related information, risks, deployment, and changes in project scope.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Education Qualifications
- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong architectural design and project coordination skills.
- Relevant experience in Hospitality, Group Housing, or Luxury Residential projects .
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, documentation, and construction processes.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and architectural standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and meet deadlines.

Senior Architect – Additional Expectations
- 7–12 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proven experience handling projects independently.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, design management, and execution capabilities.
- Experience reviewing and managing design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
