Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Kozhikode, contributing to the design and delivery of residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior design elements where required. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand requirements, refining design proposals, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

The Architect will support project management activities, including documentation, coordination with consultants and contractors, and monitoring project progress to align with timelines and quality standards. Participation in design reviews, site visits,



and integration of technical solutions into architectural plans is expected.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, creative solutions.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and documentation for multiple projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic understanding of visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, especially within Kozhikode and surrounding regions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and interact with clients and contractors.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to engage in on-site visits and design reviews as part of project delivery.
