Experience: 2–8 Years | CTC: ₹4.00 – ₹8.00 LPA

Reporting To: AGM – Architecture / Head – Execution

Job Summary

Responsible for designing functional, aesthetic, and sustainable residential and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with building codes and coordinating project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Design & Concept: Create creative layout plans, 3D models, perspectives, and walkthroughs.

· Working Drawings & Documentation: Prepare working, execution, structural, and BOQ/detail drawings.

· Coordination & Site Supervision: Coordinate with structural/MEP consultants and contractors; perform regular site visits for quality checks.

· Compliance & Sustainable Design: Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and RERA norms, incorporating energy-effective design principles.

· Client & Stakeholder Management: Present design concepts, understand client needs, and handle approvals.

· High design quality, aesthetic excellence,

· Timely project documentation & site execution alignment

Key Requirements

· Education: B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution (Council of Architecture registered preferred).

· Experience: 2–8 years in architectural design and project execution (Real Estate preferred).

· Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, V-Ray.

· Knowledge: Local building codes, bye-laws, RERA norms, and safety standards.

· Languages: English required; Kannada preferred.

Work Schedule & Benefits

- Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Weekly Off: Sunday
