Job Title : Architect – Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Architect – Assistant Manager / Manager with strong expertise in high-rise and luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate should have experience handling architectural activities for large-scale residential developments and coordinating with various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate architectural activities for high-rise luxury residential projects.
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings, documentation and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
- Support project execution and ensure architectural activities are aligned with project requirements.




- Monitor design and drawing coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely resolution of architectural and coordination-related issues.

Candidate Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
- B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture qualification.
- Strong expertise in high-rise luxury residential projects is mandatory.
- Experience in large-scale residential developments.
- Strong architectural coordination and project execution skills.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and documentation.
- Solid communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
