Detailed
1. Archer Application Development Configuration
Design, configure, customize, and maintain RSA Archer eGRC applications, workflows, data models, calculations, and dashboards. Develop and enhance use cases such as Risk Management, Issue Management, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Policy Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Compliance.
Build and maintain records, questionnaires, advanced workflows, data feeds, custom objects, and reports within Archer.
Implement Archer calculations, advanced filters, access controls, and notification mechanisms.
1. Integrations Automation
Design and support Archer integrations with internal and external systems using Archer APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), databases, or ETL tools. Develop Archer Data Feeds, Data Import Jobs (DIJ), and Data-Driven Events (DDEs).
Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
1. Reporting Analytics
Create and maintain Archer dashboards, reports, metrics, and KPIs to support executive and regulatory reporting.
Partner with BI teams to enable downstream reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) using Archer data.
1. Platform Support Governance
Troubleshoot and resolve Archer application issues, performance concerns, and data integrity problems. Support Archer upgrades, patches, and setting management across DEV, QA, and PROD.
Ensure solutions adhere to security, data privacy, SOX, and regulatory standards.
Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
1. Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate business, regulatory, and risk requirements into technical Archer solutions. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams to improve GRC processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on RSA Archer eGRC development and configuration experience.
Strong knowledge of Archer data model, object relationships, workflows, and security model.
Experience with Archer APIs, data feeds, and integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
