Location: Chennai Role: AR Caller Experience: 1–5 years (Experienced candidates only)

Cab: 2-way cab facility
Follow up with insurance companies for pending claims and payments. Handle denied, rejected, and unpaid claims. Check claim status and identify payment/denial reasons. Contact insurance companies through calls and portals. Work on AR follow-up and denial management. Maintain proper notes and update claim status. Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets. Coordinate with the billing team to resolve claim issues. Knowledge of US Healthcare / Medical Billing / Physician Billing is preferred.
Experience in AR Calling and Denials Management is required for experienced roles.
Pay: Up to ₹36,000.00 per month
