Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing and revenue cycle management.

- Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient accounts, communicating with healthcare providers, and resolving discrepancies.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as coding, claims processing, and patient access to ensure accurate account information and timely payment collection.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in hospital administration or revenue cycle management.

- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA).

- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/families/healthcare providers.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
