Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions and levels.
Partner with Founders and business leaders to understand and fulfil hiring requirements.
Drive leadership hiring, headhunting and talent mapping for critical roles.
Build robust talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping.
Manage candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring insights to stakeholders.
Support employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Solid experience in leadership hiring, headhunting and talent mapping.
Experience in D2C / FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care / Consumer Brands preferred.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented approach.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
