Execute employee engagement strategies and satisfaction surveys.
Mentor and develop high-potential talent across the firm.
Work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Drive end-to-end lateral recruitment across legal (Associates, Partners) and non-legal roles.
Partner with Practice Group Leaders to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
Manage external recruitment partners and ensure compliance with hiring protocols.
Standardize interview and evaluation processes across verticals.
Strategic HR Business Partnership
Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate HR interventions and solutions.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to address people-related challenges and support organisational goals.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to improve talent management and workforce effectiveness.
Campus Hiring, Engagement & Employer Branding
Drive campus engagement, internship and campus hiring initiatives.
Build relationships with leading B-schools, law schools and educational institutions.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the firm's talent pipeline.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys.
Mentor and develop high-potential talent across the firm.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Robust experience in Talent Acquisition and Strategic HR.
Experience in campus hiring/engagement and internship programmes would be preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a agile and rapid-paced environment.
