We are looking for dynamic and energetic MBA graduates to join our Eye Hospital as Marketing Representatives.

This is a field-oriented marketing role for candidates who are confident in communication, relationship building, and business development. The primary responsibility will be to promote the hospital’s eye-care services, build referral networks, conduct field visits, and help generate recent patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits and promote the hospital’s services
Build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, optical stores, companies, colleges, communities, and other potential referral partners
Generate patient enquiries and referrals through field marketing activities
Identify new areas and opportunities for increasing patient footfall
Organize and coordinate eye camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities
Follow up with potential referral partners and maintain long-term relationships
Achieve monthly marketing and patient-generation targets
Provide regular reports on field activities, leads, referrals, and conversions
Coordinate with the hospital team to improve marketing activities and patient acquisition

Who We Are Looking For:




MBA graduates or freshers interested in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
Dynamic, energetic, and comfortable with field work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in meeting recent people and developing professional relationships
Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of results
Candidates with previous healthcare/hospital marketing experience will be an advantage
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally are preferred
