We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales & Operations Manager who can independently manage the overall office, sales team, clients, dispatch, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Generate and convert new business prospects and maintain existing client relationships.
Handle client communication, requirements, follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
Monitor the complete sales-to-order process and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate and manage dispatch, delivery, and order status.
Resolve day-to-day issues related to clients, sales, dispatch, staff, and operations.
Coordinate between sales, office staff, dispatch, and other departments.
Track pending orders, payments, follow-ups, and important client requirements.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper workflow within the office.




Take ownership of overall office operations and make sure work is completed on time.
Identify operational problems and take quick, practical decisions to resolve them.
Prepare and monitor daily/weekly sales and operational reports.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in sales and office/operations management.
Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems independently.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
MS Excel / basic computer knowledge preferred.
