Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels.
Coordinate with potential customers and understand their property requirements.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Promote real estate projects through digital and offline marketing activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain regular reports of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Assist in planning promotional campaigns, events, and property exhibitions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
