About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AD Sales qualified to drive brand and client acquisition for NoBrokerHood's Advertising, Media and Digital Sales business.

The role involves identifying and acquiring recent brands/clients, understanding their marketing requirements, presenting suitable advertising and promotional solutions, and onboarding them onto NoBrokerHood's platform and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new brands and B2B clients for NoBrokerHood's advertising and media solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other outbound sales activities.
Connect with brand owners, marketing heads, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AD Sales, Media Sales, Digital Sales, and branding solutions.
Conduct client meetings and deliver product/service demos and presentations.
Explain how brands can promote their products/services through NoBrokerHood's software platform and offline campaigns.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and client onboarding.




Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns after onboarding.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through current client acquisition.

Requirements
15 years of experience in B2B Sales, AD Sales, Media Sales, Digital Sales, Brand Sales, or related fields.
Proven experience in new client/brand acquisition.
Strong experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience meeting brand owners, marketing teams, or business decision-makers.
Ability to understand client requirements and present customized solutions.
Comfortable with field meetings and client visits.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
