Job Responsibilities :
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and management MIS reports.
Collect, consolidate, verify, and maintain data from different departments.
Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance reports as required by management.
Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting and data requirements.
Support the implementation of the CRM system by gathering user requirements and coordinating with the CRM vendor/team.
Assist in CRM configuration, data migration, data cleansing, user setup, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Coordinate CRM training and provide support to users during and after implementation.
Monitor CRM data quality and ensure users follow defined processes.
Prepare CRM-based reports and dashboards for management review.
Identify prospects to improve business processes through CRM and data automation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners for system-related issues and resolutions.
Perform other MIS, reporting, and system-related activities as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
