Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive to support the Wealth Management team through accurate reporting, data analysis, and timely preparation of management reports.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Wealth

Management team.
Track and report AUM, revenue, client acquisition, business performance, targets,

and achievement.
Maintain accurate databases of clients, RMs, portfolios, and business transactions.
Prepare performance dashboards and management reports for review by senior

management.
Track individual and team-wise targets and highlight gaps against business objectives.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the Wealth team.
Coordinate with RMs, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders for data collection

and validation.




Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related

field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or Operations,

preferably in Wealth Management / Financial Services.
Solid proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas,

and data management.
Good analytical and numerical skills with robust attention to detail.
Ability to work with large datasets and meet strict reporting timelines.
Knowledge of Power BI / dashboards will be an added advantage.
