Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare regular reports, maintain MIS databases, and provide accurate business insights to management. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Maintain and update MIS databases, trackers, and dashboards.
Prepare management reports and presentations for business reviews.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight discrepancies or trends.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel and other relevant tools.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
Maintain proper documentation and records of reports and data sources.
Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to the management team.
Handle ad-hoc reporting and data-analysis requirements.
Ensure data confidentiality and integrity.

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel skills,



including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, charts, and data cleaning.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Education & Experience
Minimum qualification 12th.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, data management, or a related role.
Freshers with robust Excel and analytical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
