Role: HR MIS Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
Maintain accurate employee and HR-related databases and records.
Prepare MIS reports covering recruitment, employee headcount, joining, attrition, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
Track recruitment data including open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining, and pending cases.
Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for management review.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyse HR data and highlight trends, gaps, and key observations to management.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates from the HR team.
Prepare headcount and manpower reports department-wise, location-wise, and designation-wise.
Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and management presentations.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and automated MIS wherever possible.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.




Coordinate with HR and other departments to collect and verify required information.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and HR-related information.
Support HR operations and other reporting requirements as assigned.

Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, filters, sorting, and data validation.
Knowledge of Power Query / Power BI will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage large volumes of data.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid follow-up and reporting skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple reports simultaneously.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
HR/MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in HR MIS, HR Operations MIS, Recruitment MIS, or HR Analytics is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
