Role & responsibilities
Solid knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical MEP systems.
Positive understanding of MEP drawings, specifications and site execution.
Strong MEP Consultant & Contractor Coordination skills.
Experience in MEP Work Order / Scope of Work / BOQ preparation.
Ability to review contractor quotations and identify scope gaps.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM will be an advantage.
Knowledge of testing, commissioning and handover procedures.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Robust communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle MEP activities from design review to final handover
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use or Large-Scale Building Construction Projects will be preferred.
