Job Title: New Product Procurement & Development (NPPD)

Job Responsibilities
Identify and source new products, raw materials, and potential suppliers.
Work closely with the R&D; team for recent product development.
Conduct market research and identify new product opportunities based on market trends and consumer requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers for product sourcing and development.
Evaluate product samples, specifications, quality, costing, and feasibility.
Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, MOQ, quality, and timelines.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, Packaging, and other internal teams for product development.
Monitor the complete process from product sourcing/development to finalization and launch.




Research competitor products and market trends to identify potential new products.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to product development and procurement.

Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
Must have experience working with R&D; / New Product Development.
Experience in FMCG is mandatory/preferred.
Experience in product procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or product development will be an advantage.
Robust negotiation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Valuable knowledge of market trends, product costing, and supplier management.
Candidates from FMCG / Consumer Healthcare / Personal Care / Nutraceutical backgrounds will be preferred.

Salary: Salary will be as per experience and company norms.
