Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Vendor Management
Raw Material Sourcing: Manage vendors for fragrance compounds, essential oils, surfactants, and chemical ingredients.
Packaging Procurement: Coordinate the manufacturing of bottles, pumps, caps, atomizers, cartons, and labels.
Vendor Selection: Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard third-party manufacturers (OEM/ODM), packaging suppliers, and printers to optimize costs and capacity.
Production Planning & Timeline Tracking
Critical Path Management: Create and maintain Time & Action (T&A;) calendars to track every stage of production from raw material arrival to final bulk packing.
Lead Time Optimization: Monitor manufacturing bottlenecks to avoid delivery delays.
Inventory Control: Track minimum order quantities (MOQs) and maintain optimal safety stock levels of raw materials and components.
Costing & Product Development Liaison
Bill of Materials (BOM):



Develop and maintain accurate BOMs for all Product Categories
Costing Optimization: Analyse production costs to meet targeted gross margins, negotiating volume discounts and alternative manufacturing methods where possible.
Sampling & Scale-Up: Oversee the transition from laboratory sample (R&D;) to pilot batch and final mass production filling.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in product merchandising, sourcing, or production management within Cosmetics and Personal Care Products

Technical Knowledge

Solid understanding of personal care manufacturing processes

Soft Skills

Exceptional negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
