About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric rehabilitation team. The therapist will work with children with developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral and functional difficulties and provide individualized, goal-oriented therapy.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and identify functional difficulties.
Plan and provide individualized therapy programs based on each child’s needs.
Provide Sensory Integration, developmental and functional therapy.
Work on gross motor, fine motor, visual-perceptual and cognitive skills.
Address attention, regulation, motor planning and coordination difficulties.
Develop ADL, handwriting and school-readiness skills.
Maintain proper assessment records, therapy notes and progress reports.
Set measurable short-term and long-term therapy goals.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and home activities.




Collaborate with other professionals such as speech therapists, special educators and psychologists when required.
Maintain a professional, child-friendly and safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Skills
Good clinical observation and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of Sensory Integration and pediatric developmental therapy.
Positive communication and parent-handling skills.
Ability to independently plan and conduct therapy sessions.
Patience, empathy and a child-centred approach.
Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.

Who Can Apply?
Freshers with good clinical knowledge are welcome.
Candidates with 0–3 years of pediatric OT experience will be preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate to Talcher, Odisha may also apply.
