Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
Build secure and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop contemporary, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Design and manage MongoDB databases and data models.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities, Generative AI solutions, and intelligent automation features into applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
