1. Job Summary

AMSOL IT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and results-oriented Appointment Closer to communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, present our company's products and services, handle objections, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Connect with qualified leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's products and services.
- Conduct sales discussions and present suitable solutions to prospects.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects to move them toward a purchase decision.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client communication and onboarding.

1. Required Skills and Qualifications





- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Confidence in handling sales conversations and closing deals.
- Ability to understand client needs and build professional relationships.
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

1. Experience

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client conversion will have an added advantage.
