Appointment Setter - US (Experienced) (Night Shift)

An experienced Appointment Setter will own our scheduling pipeline from first contact to show-up, turning leads into confirmed appointments and keeping no-shows low. The role is also called Appointment Booker, SDR, or Inside Sales Representative.

Role details

- Reports to: CEO
- Location: Ahmedabad (5 Days Mon - Fri) (Night Shift)
- Compensation: No bar for right candidate
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to book qualified appointments
- Qualify leads against our criteria and adapt the script to each conversation
- Manage multiple calendars, avoiding gaps and double-bookings
- Run confirmation and reminder sequences to raise show rates
- Re-engage no-shows and cold leads
- Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly booking and show-rate targets
- Share objection-handling tactics and help onboard new team members




- Report lead quality and scheduling trends to management

Requirements
- 3+ years in appointment setting, inbound or outbound sales, call center, or high-volume scheduling
- Documented history of meeting booking targets
- Confident, friendly phone presence and strong objection handling
- Advanced CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and scheduling tools
- Excellent written communication
- Self-directed, with robust time management and attention to detail

How success is measured
- Appointments booked per week against target
- Show rate: appointments kept versus booked
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- CRM accuracy and completeness
