We are looking for an Application Support Lead with 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT and Facets (TriZetto/Cognizant). The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, Facets diagnostics, batch monitoring, RCA, and application stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle P1/P2 production incidents and deliver RCA within 24 hours of resolution.
- Perform advanced Facets module troubleshooting and approved SQL/script fixes.
- Manage Facets batch failures and Autosys job dependencies end-to-end.
- Work on incident, problem, change management and CAB activities.
- Maintain KEDB, runbooks and shift-left support documentation.
- Ensure SLA compliance,



audit readiness and production stability in a 247 setting.
- Identify opportunities for AI/Cloud-based automation and permanent issue resolution.
