Role Description The Application Executive | STUDY ABROAD is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves guiding students through the entire application lifecycle, including shortlisting universities, preparing application documents, coordinating with institutions, and tracking application status.

The Application

Executive will support learners with visa documentation and appointment scheduling, while closely collaborating with counseling and IELTS coaching teams to ensure a seamless experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, responding to student queries,



conducting follow-ups via phone and email, and providing timely updates on application and visa progress. The role also includes participation in student orientations or information sessions, as well as adherence to company processes and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain admission and visa processes to students and families.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Customer service orientation and counseling skills to build trust, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and online application portals.
- Knowledge or interest in international education systems, particularly in the UK, Canada, and other popular destinations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in overseas education consultancy or student services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad with flexibility to support peak admission and visa seasons.
