MANDATORY SKILLS

* Genesys WDE (Workspace Desktop Edition)

- Genesys Engage / On-Premise Architecture

We are looking for a Genesys WDE Engineer/Developer with strong hands-on experience in Genesys WDE and Genesys on-premise configuration. The candidate should understand the overall Genesys architecture and be able to configure, support, and troubleshoot WDE and related platform components.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

* Strong hands-on experience with Genesys WDE.

- Strong experience with Genesys configuration and administration in an on-premise environment.
- Good understanding of Genesys Engage / on-premise architecture and end-to-end interaction flows.
- Experience configuring applications, agents, places, DNs, application options,



connections, and related Genesys objects.
- Understanding of voice and email interaction lifecycles, routing, and agent desktop behavior.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using Genesys application logs and configuration analysis.
- Working knowledge of Configuration Server, SIP Server/T-Server, Interaction Server, URS, Stat Server, Management Layer, and Solution Control Server.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

POSITIVE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

* Development experience with C# and .NET Framework.

- Experience developing, maintaining, or troubleshooting WDE customizations.
- Knowledge of Genesys SDKs/APIs and WDE extension/customization frameworks.
- Experience with WPF/XAML.
- Experience integrating WDE with enterprise/backend applications.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
